When milling according to the plaster model, the seat or back module is formed with the aid of the latest CAD technology. In this process, the plaster model is first scanned in and digitalized before any changes can be made using a processing program. The data is then forwarded via a processor to the milling machines, where your individual module is manufactured from a block of form material, which can be easily further processed in your workshop after delivery.

Note:

The delivered plaster model should be straight and stable, and should include a marking of the soldering line. Please keep in mind that possible post-production on our part must be invoiced at cost.
